Lindsay is a Master level Reiki provider and trainer. Lindsay has been trained by Ms Missy to facilitate safely nervous system brain hacks that are evidence based to regulate the ANS's (autonomic nervous system) emotional physical states a person feels within themselves. Reiki is a recognized body therapy tool that is a relaxing treatment that changes how a person feels and is provided within a setting that feels peaceful and offers the client overall mind-body-and spiritual healing. Anyone who has experienced emotional or physical pain or trauma in their lives will benefit from the healing changes that the body is already hardwired to receive by this theraputic approach, which is why it works. Lindsay is Ms Missy's personal reiki provider who she uses herself to achieve higher levels of tolerance within her ANS since she works as a trauma therapist. Adding reiki with brain-hacks speeds up the rewiring that takes place in the neuro-pathways, which is why Lindsay's clients leave feeling a difference in their mind, body, and spirit immediately.
